Testing His Limits

Life hasn't exactly been easy for 17-year-old Marnie Walker. With a dad who works for the British Army and a mum who constantly works the night shifts, Marnie is left to defend for herself and her little sister Lexi. With the help of her two best friends Levi and Charlotte, Marnie has just about lived an average teenage life, but that is until an unexpected exchange student from Australia joins Weatherfield High for their final year to spice things up a little.

Introducing Leo Fernandez, wild, flirtatious and devastatingly handsome. With his thick laced Australian accent and bad boy reputation it's no wonder all the girls drool over him, every girl except Marnie Walters that is. When the two are first introduced their relationship couldn't be more bitter sweet. With the constant teasing, sarcasm, pranks and name calling it's no wonder the unlikely pair don't get along. Which is why Marnie wants to test his limits.
She is so intrigued and drawn into his unusual behaviour that she wants to see how far she can push her luck before he cracks. Surely there's more to him than just this self-centred, bad boy façade he always puts up?

But when a life changing event turns Marnie's nightmare into a reality the one person who is there to pick up the pieces is Leo. Someone who she originally thought would rather stand by and watch her suffer than help.

As Marnie begins to see a whole new side of Leo that she never knew existed. New feelings start to emerge, but the real question is will their bitter relationship reform into one of friendship or one of love?
