The new laws against homosexuality never affected Felix, though he thought it was unjust and wrong, he wasn't gay so he didn't have anything to worry about. Sean wasn't affected either but it didn't stop him from absolutely hatting the laws put in place against gays. Sean moves to sector 22 in order to find more job offers and in hopes to sell more of his art, and Felix needs a roommate. The two hit it off right away, and get dangerously close to one another.
