Julian 'Jules' Norman is considered the least talented in his family. His older sister is a professional dancer and older brother is a singer/ actor. He ends up with a role in a new TV show after tagging along to his brother's audition. 

Stella Raymond has been acting and dancing since she was five and started as a child star. She takes Julian under her wings due the fact this is his first job. She quickly develops feelings for him but there is more to Julian than she guessed.
