The Monster Behind The Mask

Dusk is cursed. She has a power to control the world but cannot control it, yet. She wears a mask continuously when not alone to control her power. She is alone in the world but accepts it as her fate, to live and die alone. She would read fairy tales dreaming of her prince that would save her, but he would never come.

Rin is weak. He is bullied daily because everyone knows he won’t rat them out. He let's the hits come, physically or mentally. He thought all hope was lost, even thought of ending it all. Something though kept him from ending it all. So he didn't.

When Dusk and Rin are forced to pair up together to help Dusk understand what it's like to be human they are forced to deal with their dark secrets. Together they will fight the demons of their past but everything comes with a price.
