Stronger than the Alpha

Vida is the strongest female in her pack. In line to be alpha, she doesn't want a mate to come in and ruin her plans. She protects the other packs from evil creatures and doesn't want any interruptions from her passion. She was kidnapped by vampires who killed her parents and she is consumed in wanting to prevent it from happening to anyone else.

He spoke seriously, "My pack needs their Luna and Alpha, we must return as soon as possible. The people will love you. Also your Alpha is going to help me out with a little vampire problem as well, so leaving is urgent."

I deadpanned, he could not be serious. He thought that all it would take for me to be his Luna was bringing me home with him, no conversation, he didn't even know me at all. My father also hadn't told him about the my the role I was supposed to plan in his so called "vampire problem"

"I have an important role to play here! I hunt vampires, my job is important too." I said, storming out of the room. I could only storm so well considering my earlier condition, but I think he got the idea.

Malik called after me, "Vida wait!" But I was already gone.
