Violet's mother Lily had undiagnosed Bipolar Disorder, she hid it well but it overcame her and she took her life. That took a toll in her brother Samuel's life, and after the funeral, he took his life. At the funeral, she met this man, William Jackson. He told her that he was her father, and she didn't believe him, but then he told her that he was going to be the legal guardian of her and Samuel. So now she's in his car driving to California, there her father leaves for 3 weeks. Then she meets Anthony the popular traumatized handsome beast, and she may be falling for him. But what she doesn't know is that he is falling for her just as hard.
