Post pacifist ending(Nine months after the barrier fell) . After moving into Hiro's new house, her neighbor, Toriel, comes over because Frisk is sick. Most hospitals and other businesses still don't allow monsters, so she goes to help out. What she didn't know was how that, would lead to her having met a certain skeleton. Now she's having strange headaches, and flashbacks of people she's sure she's never met. Hiro doesn't know what's happening, and her pain is getting worse. Can Sans have anything to do with the strangeness that's happening to her?

Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really? A long time ago. I fell. no I mean it , I literally fell down a hole into an abyss. I woke up in the underground and had an adventure there but I didnt kill anyone I didnt have To. That was 12 years ago. Here I am a grown adult , and all I can think about it going back to that marvelous place , where I have friends. i dated a skeleton , which was.. interesting i had a weird professor have a crush on me and watch my every move i was hunted down and nearly captured for my soul by some fish lady but my determination shone through. When I left and returned home ... I regretted leaving. so now I came back. This is a Papyrus x OC but could be an X reader if you try hard enough. Pacifist ish route however Asgore did not survive.
