Our teacher asked us to write an essay to this particular title she gave us. She asked us to make a speech about it. The reason as to why she made us create one is that she wanted to know how we would express our inner thoughts and give our own meaning and opinion about the title, for she said that the title she gave had a lot of different interpretation... So me and my partner decided to post our essays and share it with all of you guys. I would also post some of my classmates work. Hope you'll like it! THANKS!

My Poems
A certain person showed me to write my pain into poems instead of just writing crap down. I still do that but some I make into poems. I just keep them hidden in whatever I write them in, but I decided I should put them here. They probably aren't good but I try.
Short Stories/Orginal
These are all stories I came up with, some are finished and some aren't. I may complete some later on, maybe. You may notice my writing has more description than plot, I do that on purpose to give a poetry yet still story effect on my writing. I'm open to constructive criticism but if you are cursing at me and informally speaking then I'm not going to listen to you, thank you for reading my description! (: PS; most of these are driven by individual feelings yet exaggerated (that's where the vibe of poetry comes in)

The Outsiders Imagines
Last week my class had finished the book, The Outsiders, by S.E. Hilton. I loved it. My friends loved it. Everybody in the entire class loved it. We also watched the movie and we all had to look away when Pony just had his hair cut and bleached. Anyway, I found these stories called Imagines and I found them really cool and I wanted to do one myself and I might make more considering how my friend said I "broke" her when she read it. I might make more, I don't know, but it was fun to write this. I also saw how small some of the other imagines are, so I made this one long but not too long but still long. It'll probably take 8 minutes out of your day, tops.Complete

A Poet's Secret

It was dark, sunset, I waited for her to be done with volleyball practice 'because she was my ride'. Somehow we wandered from the gym to the football field and we were sitting at the very top of the bleachers staring at each other. Her dark hair mirrored the direction of the wind, the setting sun being replaced by the brightness of her smile. We were sitting so close I could feel her warmth. It was an unusual situation. Friends don't do this. We held eye contact for a long time before I couldn't take it anymore and just closed my eyes. It wasn't real, she was just my friend. Then, I felt her tuck a strand of my curly hair behind my ear. That with the chill of the night sent shivers down my spine and a swarm of butterflies attacked my stomach. I reopened my eyes. If she didn't want me, why did she look at me that way? I held her hand and I held it for so long because I didn't know if we'd have another moment like this. We talk and laugh and she tells me I'm pretty and I ask her if she'd just noticed that and we laugh again. I realize the feelings I felt in that moment were not just the intense feelings of attraction that I felt every time I was with her. Warmth flooded to my face and if it wasn't for my dark complexion, my blush would be noticeable.
