Gerard wants to start a new life, away from all his previous stresses. Little does he know that the, "great deal" he got on the house had a long history.
Frank wishes he could start back over, but instead hes stuck in a moth ball filled attic. He's gotten so used to being alone, the idea of living with anyone at this point seems too tiring. Too bad Gerard got a deal on his house. Frank is determined to get him out. That is unless, Gerard can help him move on.
