You are a police officer who gets an invitation from a mysterious government organisation called the Autobots to fight a secret war you've never even heard of. When you accept you're sent to work under ex-deception warlord Megatron and his co-leader Rodimus who's arrogant attitude gets on your nerves at first but slowly you find out that's not all he is. And when a new drug starts killing people left and right it's up to you and your new strange family to fight them.
