Er was eens een sprookjesbibliotheek in een oud,verlaten kasteel...... stemmen galmen door de gangen en achter de vele deuren schuilt gevaar.
Toch blijft Sterre zoeken naar de juiste deur. Daarachter wachten eindeloos veel verhalen die gelezen en verteld moeten worden. Als Sterre de juiste deur vind, gaat er een wereld voor haar open. Ook voor de mensen in het dorp, die hun bijzondere verhalenverteller met open armen ontvangen. Maar niet iedereen is blij. Sterre is in gevaar! Wie kan haar helpen?  De sprookjessprokkelaar?
