When a young man named Jackson accidentally discovers that he has the ability to travel between alternate worlds, he finds himself trapped in a world the same as his own, but all too different. This world is the same, but existing at half the speed of his own in the year 1007. As he adjusts to his life there, he finds another person with his ability who teaches him how to use it and how to return home.
