She had to get away, she had to run. The young girl wasn't fully sure of who she was, she didn't even know her age, but she did know she had to run. If she didn't run, they'd kill her, just like they did to the others. 

When a young girl appears at Hogwarts, bruised, broken and alone, professor Dumbledore takes her under his wing. 
Christened Ariana after his sister, she takes to Hogwarts life like a duck to water. 

She seems to know a lot about everything, which makes them all wonder just how long she'd been living in the wild. When she meets a book-loving boy with a dark secret, she realises that she's not as much of an outcast as she thought.
