A Scientist's Guide to Making the Perfect Cup of Tea (Oolong Edition)

This is an experiment I am doing to try and find out how to make the perfect cup of tea. I will isolate specific variables and form an experiment only manipulating the chosen variable, and then have people rate each tea trial on a scale of 1 to 10. I will repeat this process for each other tea-making variable, and with other kinds of tea, until I have found the ideal tea-making precess for each kind of tea. Sadly, I am having difficulties finding more people to try and rate the tea, so if you could try the tea method at home and comment your rating so that I could average it in with the current, that would be amazing. This is the oolong edition. A new part will be posted each week until the quest the perfect oolong tea is completed.
