The Outsiders........ have kids. No one is dead, not even Bob.
Their kids are running around, wreaking havoc on the world they've claimed as theirs. They're teenagers now, therefore rebellious as hell.
They're growing up..... At least, they're trying to. But do they want to? Their lives are so much easier than that of their parents, but they're still Greasers. Forced to grow up, faster than they wanted to.
Sure, they act tough. And they are, don't get me wrong! But, and they'd never admit this, to anyone, much less their parents, they're still kids. They don't wanna grow all the way up, just yet. They don't wanna have to be tough all the time.
But, they're Greasers. And, cherry (no pun intended) on top, they are the children of some of the most famous Greasers to ever reside in Tulsa. Some of the toughest. So, as teenage logic states, they have to live up to their parents titles. And then someday, make titles of their own.
They're almost there. Their names carry a lot of power in Tulsa, they've done a lot of stuff, legal or not. And they've got a lot more adventures to come.
They'll laugh, cry, fall in love. They'll be jumped, they'll skip school, they'll sneak out to rumbles against the wishes of their parents.
They are gonna have the time of their lives and if they set the world on fire on the way, hell, let it burn.
==================================
I'd like to say a few more words before you leave. This is not going to be a cheesy, sugar-coated story. This is gonna have twists and turns. The plot is never gonna be a happy ever after for long, there's always gonna be something that goes wrong. What I'm trying to say is: This is not gonna be a cliché Outsiders fanfiction. It's gonna be a story about growing up and becoming yourself.
Disclaimer: Everything probably belongs to S.E. Hinton, unless it clearly doesn't.
