Harleen has done amazing work and has improved other patients mental illnesses.She was given a letter stating that she has done a fantastic job and that she can move on to another patient by tomorrow. Others have schizophrenia,depression bipolar etc. This patient was different.They never knew what was wrong.So the asylum put Quinzel to the job.
