❝Niall and Zayn absolutely hated each other. And living on the same floor in the same twelfth story apartment doesn't really help get rid of the problems they have. They act like they want to rip each other's throats out, when deep down they both secretly worry about one another. But no, they'd never admit it. Zayn liked to make fun of Niall because he has no friends. It wasn't because everyone hated him, he didn't want to have friends. 

He has Persistent Insomnia; a sleeping disorder. He rarely gets sleep and when he does, it always results in waking up screaming and thrashing, or waking up without any energy, or the feeling of not getting any sleep at all. 

Insomnia can also cause memory problems, depression, irritability, hallucinations, and a higher risk in heart disease. His nightmares get intense, leaving him in fear of his own life and people around him. 

He preferred not having anyone because he was afraid he'd scare them away or be labeled as a freak. 
But one day, something bad happens, changing Zayn's mind about hating Niall. He may even be feeling a connection with the cute Irish boy. But what happened to change his mind?❞
