It's been more than 500 years since humanity tore itself apart, a series of natural disasters and nuclear war killing most of the population. The world is still irradiated and people are still dying, but small groups of survivors are making the best of what they have. Everyone is looking out for their own survival. Mitch and Jerome were born days apart, the only survivors of a large family group, struggling with the realization that humanity wasn't as perfect as they thought. Mitch wants to believe that humanity did good. Josh and Simon seemingly have everything they needed, food, water, shelter and each other, but Josh wants more than that. He wants to begin the journey back to where humanity was, to where everyone could live comfortably. Harry and Vikk simply want to find peace in their life, stability with a group of people they could trust. There isn't much trust in a world where resources are scarce. Winter Wasteland (The Pack)
Six. Six survivors of many. A terrible blizzard, accompanied by a siege of mobs has left a village of youtubers dead. All except for the pack. Preston, Rob, Vikk, Lachlan, Mitch, and Jerome are the only ones who have survived the slaughter. With all of their friends dead and not many supplies to run with the group must work together to survive a harsh winter environment. As far as the eye can see snow covers the land and with blizzards constantly battering the boys it's no surprise one night when a pack of wolves attack they are separated into three groups of two players each. To make matters worse there seems to be endless challenges around every corner, ranging from mobs to natural disasters. Can the six reunite and find signs of life or will they freeze/starve to death in this barren wasteland? ~~~~~~~ Note: This is an AU where they look like their minecraft skins but human form. Also they used to live in a village with many other youtubers. It is real life but includes minecraft mechanics. Also this story is Vikklan, Poofless, and Merome but not in any direct way... The world of Acrion (Ack-ree-on) has fallen. Notch, the ruler of Minecraft, has been defeated by the one and only Herobrine. Losing Our Battles- A Vikklan, Merome and Poofless Story
Everyone has their battles. Preston was diagnosed with cancer, leukemia, at 17 years old and 7 years later he was still battling it. He's almost never home, spending months upon end in hospital receiving treatment that is working less and less each time. Rob's parents never seemed to care about him but as he got older and became more independent, they became abusive. Nothing he could do was good enough for them. Mitch couldn't remember a time that he wasn't depressed, that he felt like he was alive. Treatment never seemed to work, meds only made him feel worse and the only thing that made him feel anything was bringing a blade to his skin. Jerome didn't know how the addiction started, but drugs had always been apart of his life. His parents were addicts so it seemed like fate that he would follow the same path, and now he didn't know if he could change. Vikk had turned to alcohol to lessen the pressure on him to succeed and now it was just apart of his life. He tried to hide it and got pretty good at it too, but he was sure that someone knew of his habit. He was drinking his life away. Lachlan was diagnosed with schizophrenia. The mania set in worse as more years passed to the point where he wasn't entirely sure what was real anymore. Everyone has their battles, but sometimes, people lose.Concluida
