Amy Lovell has trained most of her life for the chance to earn a night loving slave when the perfect opportunity arises. All her dreams are coming true but not in the way she expected. Amy, who is the top first year at the Vampire Hunter Academy, is given the chance to not be forced to get a lame vampire from the school dungeon. Instead she goes to a cave full of horrors and tears for a vampire that is rumored to be stronger than the ordinary ones. There, Amy meets Hyde, a mischievous and breathtakingly gorgeous vampire who will require all of her attention. The more attention Amy devotes to her troublemaking and strange vampire, the more she falls desperately and infuriatingly in love with him but she has to overcome the strenuous tasks that the Academy gives them both before she can truly acknowledge her feelings.
