Mylo Ackerson is a synesthete, meaning that he has the ability to see colors in the sounds of music. When forced to spend four weeks at summer camp, Mylo believes it'll be hard to make friends and interact because of an incident in his past that left him broken for many years.
Unexpectedly, Mylo meets a few kids who seem rather friendly right off the bat, and perhaps as he spends more days at his anticipated 'dreadful' summer camp, he may be able to open himself up to his new companions, and maybe discover a hidden talent in the midst of his camp adventures.
And maybe, with the help of Zachary Harris, he can manage to discover his true, proud self.
