The woman standing before Kyren stole every ounce of cognition from him. She was stunning, the moon paled in comparison. The top of her head would not even graze his chin. The dark blue pools shone in the dim light, dark as the night sky. She blew a strand of silver out of her face. Kyren's wolf surged to the surface, and they growled. They itched to touch her skin, bury our face in her hair, to feel its softness and inhale its sweet scent. They wanted to stare into her night eyes. She needed to be theirs. ---- Eris's eyes found Kyren quickly. He pushed through crowd, pulling his jacket off and threw it to the stocky blonde at his side. She spoke in low frantic words.
