The Pride, The Glory: Vegeta's Destiny!
As a young teenager, Prince Vegeta inquires about Kakarot and is sent to track him down and retrieve, or kill, him. But Vegeta underestimated the strength of earth's defenders, forcing him to make two trips of it. Frieza planned on destroying the Saiyans anyways, and because Vegeta was taking so long, Frieza sent the Ginyu Force after him. After the confrontations on earth Vegeta returns home, knowing full well that Frieza is there waiting for him; to kill him. But Frieza was unaware that Vegeta had fulfilled his destiny by becoming a super saiyan. Either they'd die in battle or at the hands of Frieza who'd fear their growing power. Upon hearing of some wish granting orbs on the Planet Namek Vegeta and crew set off to find them. But they learn that the Namekian Dragon Balls may not be capable of granting their particular wish. Instead telling the Saiyans of a set of Dragon Balls that may be capable of pulling it off. But their creator is a dangerous tyrant that had been banished from Planet Namek. His name is Lord Slug...Complete

"What is that thing...?" Karot stares at the files, trying to understand exactly what he is reading. Is this really what Gero's ultimate creation is? The kid narrows his eyes. He is getting a really bad feeling from what he is seeing. His uncle walks to his side. "Kid... are you alright? You're looking pale. What is it?" The kid clenches his fists. He points at the paragraph he had repeatedly read over and over again to be sure what he saw was accurate. The information there... it's intimidating. Why would a doctor do that to his own creations? Raditz knows the kid is well with information, but he takes a look himself. He reads it, and his eyes widen. "That thing... is set to target Androids 17 and 18? Why?"
