A new person named Alisha comes to move to NYC to get better at her work. She works with the NYPD as she hears about these names. Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and then Michelangelo.

She tries to find out what these men where. But since she was new there she got authorized to finds out, but as she goes out to stop a huge crime she then sees these mutated turtles helping her.

Then one in orange started to become her partner in witch the other NYPD's did not want to be their partner.

Once Alisha is starting her first case it goes wrong fast as the orange turtle starts liking her.
