Rin likes Shima and Rin calls himself a confused mess. Does he even like boys? Stuff is already distorted when they're teens but it's harder when you're fighting demons everyday. 
Hanging out and getting coffee is an everyday thing for them both but Rin wants to be more than friends- and he's questioning that thought.
