Astrid Thornhill, niece to the well known Clint Barton, and not so amazing agent of SHIELD, was assigned to keep watch on the Tesseract. Of course, because Astrid was there (obvious reason), everything had to go horribly wrong.

A brainwashed uncle, war in the air, AND the most dangerous thing on Earth stolen wasn't s good combination for the young agent. Add breaking a shoulder blade, and getting kidnapped on top of that, and you can see how wonderful Astrid's situation was. 

The young woman gets to know SHIELDs number one enemy a lot more than she would have liked (she likes it eventually). Yes, Loki was charming, and there was just something about him that Astrid just can't resist, but he was also the antagonist of this story.

Well, if she let herself fall for him, that'd make her public enemy number two...All Rights Reserved

The suspense at the end of each chapter is great, you just can't wait to read on and when you do the action and twists are wonderful. Another great job by RavenBlack1832 is that they made sure Alex wasn't stealing other character's lines from the movie, all of them were her own just like her place on the team. The romance was also placed well throughout the story and not built up in certain spots that took over the plot. Epin works alongside the Avengers, using her unique talents to complete missions and become a well known 'hero' even though she hates being called that. She loves her job, that is until she is given the role of babysitter to a raven haired Asgardian. To say Loki despised the Avengers was an understatement. So the idea of having some weak looking girl follow him around as his keeper was down right infuriating. As time progresses, maybe the two of them will change their minds.

Second book in my Spider-Man saga. First of, I have THREE VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: 1) This book does contain foul language. Allie is a sixteen-year-old high school student, after all. 2) I do use direct quotes from the movies Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame with slight tweaks here and there so they fit my narrative. I do this to keep important story elements and funny jokes, and I in no way want to take credit for the amazing works of the Marvel script writers. 3) Later in the book, there is a very "steamy" scene. I'm not good at writing sex scenes, so I skipped all the details and gross stuff, but there is still the implication, so innocent readers beware. Now onto the actual description!! Three weeks ago, Allie Stark, niece of the famous Tony Stark, helped take down a black market weapons ring. Right now, life couldn't be better; however, little did she know she would soon be facing family secrets and cosmic disaster. What will make this even worse for her is the fact that the love of her life and her rock, Peter Parker (aka Spider-Man), won't be able to be there for all of it. She'll have to face some things alone. Join Allie, Tony, and Peter on a rollercoaster ride of a story. You may be surprised at the things Allie finds out about herself.

(Note: This story tends to stay with the original plot of the movie, meaning the quotes and scenes are moderately the same, unless of course I tweak them a little for the sake of my new character(s)) Some scenes are straight from the Avengers (like the two prologues) which means Terriana won't be in some of them (only some) but don't fret! She'll be in plenty! :D (You have the option to skip to "Chapter 1 ~ Don't Make Things Hard" because Terriana arrives in there, but you will understand the story a WHOLE lot better if you read the two prologues, and trust me, they're interesting!) She didn't work well with others; and, yes, she had agents that she didn't despise their presences. When her father's compound is attacked and him along with it---by a mischievous God from another realm, Asgard---she is forced to join the team to take down the God who sought to take over Earth while meeting others along the way. She is forced to learn how to work together as a team, something she despises the most.
