Marinette Dupain-Cheng always doubted the soul mate and red string myths that her parents tell her every bedtime. For her, the myths are only meant for entertainment and it will only lead to false hope for anyone who believes in it but her parents tell her otherwise.
After the heartrending death of her parents, all that Marinette wished for is to have a peaceful life wherein love, chaos and drama are out of the picture. When she left her hometown to live with her cousin, Bridgette, in a small apartment in Paris to finish senior year, everything seemingly started to change after she stumbled upon an uncanny flower shop.
Unfortunately, her wish of having a peaceful life won't be granted just yet for she has to get through a bunch of unwanted drama, especially if it involves a boy named Adrien Agreste.
