A girl named Heidi lives in the middle of nowhere on a piece of property that is owned by her grandfather and her uncle. The closest town is a hour way. Sam, her friend, works for her uncle while her boyfriend Logan is deployed off somewhere in the army. Sam and Heidi are best friends and did everything together because they both missed Logan so much. Soon to find out that her boyfriend is MIA. But also find herself falling for her best friend. Is she gonna continue having hope in Logan, hoping that he is still alive or try moving on with her best friend Sam?
