They had cheated death once what was to stop them from doing it again? To her knowledge, the way of escape was turned to ash forever along with the rest of their family. Now on a war-torn island, their goal to avoid the front lines may prove unavailing. Their life on the run had begun as well as their battle to survive.
Daniel is a military man when warfare as we know it has changed drastically. The world is split in half between the clashing Eastern Terrorist Regime and the Western alliance. Now when those lines have been crossed on Jemma's island Poesia by the enemy his job is to stand and fight them back. These two lives are soon to be melted together with the flames of war.
