Have you ever had to tell someone you loved that you have taken away a part of them. A part of them that can never be recovered. This is the short story about a woman who made a decision that has left her with a unrequitted love for the child that she never had. It begins with a flashback from the woman's life from when she was 17 and revealed her action to her high school swet heart turned husband.15 years and 2 kids later, she sits in bed every night wondering about the child she never brought into the world.
