Adeline Hawthorne is a sheltered 19-year-old college student who is experiencing life away from home for the first time in her life. Discovering a life away from her overcontrolling parents has begun to change her in ways unimaginable, she is finding out who she was really meant to be. With the help of a new group of friends and a guy who finds out how to put the light into her eyes, she begins her journey as Addie, leaving Adeline behind.
