You are (Y/N), a sweet, naive, 6-year-old orphan that had a smile that could brighten anyone's day. One day when you were playing, a woman comes and says she wants to adopt you. She has a son named Natzumi who is 10 years old and starts to become obsessed with you. He always sneaks into your room and watches you while you sleep. He would do anything to be beside you. Even kill. He begins to love you, but not in a nice sibling kind of way. Your foster mother notices Natzumi's strange behavior and she plans to take you away from Natzumi. His sanity is slowly dropping and he can't stand the thought of being away from you.
