It has been one thousand and ninety-five days since the outbreak was spread globally.
 
Three years ago, it started with breaking news on your television screens twice a week saying to be aware of your surroundings while it's daytime, when it turned to dusk to stay in your houses with your love one's, and keep all the doors and windows locked.

Some paid no mind to it - that it was a publicity stunt, the media exaggerates things - while others were panicking and running scared.

As weeks turned to months everything started to get more hectic. More emergency broadcasts, People started rioting, The military got involved, Citizens were getting evacuated from their homes and put in army vehicles to travel to the nearest safe haven and worst of all:

The undead rose.

It'll only be within the time spent with the new group will she find out that everything's not as happy and welcoming as it had seemed. These people had a few secrets of their own, including the real reason they took Megan in. No could figure out at first how and where it came from or how even spread so quickly. I was on leave, visiting brother in Boston when the infection hit. Most of the others have gone into hiding, trying to wait it out. Werewolves, however, are the mortal enemies of vampires. They have formed a guard that protects humans day and night.
