In a world that strives for nothing but absolute perfection, Lucas Pitt is told that he just couldn't make the cut. Failing grades, too curious for his own good, this is clearly not meeting the new standards that the world has set. So he is shipped off to a place for kids like him, imperfections. Together with some new found friends, Lucas will try to get to the root of how the world gave up accepting everyone's flaws and decided to turn to artificial selection.

A Killer Is Born (EN)

16 parts Complete Mature

Lucas is a boy trapped in his own thoughts, trapped in a world of loneliness. His ADHD makes it hard to concentrate, and his creative mind offers him only a temporary escape. At school, he is the target of bullies. At home, no one seems to really see him. Even his psychologist-who is paid to help-doesn't seem to understand the depth of his pain. But there is more to Lucas than anyone suspects. What begins as small acts of rebellion-lying, stealing-slowly evolves into something much darker. His anger and loneliness take on increasingly grotesque forms. He has no way out, except the destructive power he discovers within himself. Each time he strikes, he leaves a message behind: "Alone." A word the world doesn't understand until it's too late. As the line between art and horror blurs, Lucas loses his grip on reality. His masterpieces become violent, gruesome, and irreversible. Eventually, there is only one way left. But can he escape the echo of his own despair, or will loneliness swallow him up forever?
