This is a short story about how to finally break free from social anxiety disorder. I have had to deal with this debilitating disorder for most of high school, but since then it has gotten a lot better because of certain techniques I have used for myself. These are things you can do on your own and without needing medication or a therapist. I really do think these methods work, they have worked for me immensely so I think they will work for you. You just have to dedicate yourself and never give up hope, because that is the worst thing you can do.
