When I was 14, my best friend, Declan, rushed into my life like a storm. He climbed through my window one night, carrying a duffel bag full of baseball equipment, but it wasn't for a game. It was for me. He'd seen the bruises, heard the shouting, and knew what my dad had been doing. Declan, smaller than me even at that age, fought my father to protect me, taking the blows that I couldn't fight off. That night, my dad moved us away, and I never saw Declan again. Now, 13 years later, I'm back in town-older, tougher, and a lot more guarded-but I have no idea where Declan ended up. Life pulled us in different directions, and mine was full of scars, seen and unseen. Then, one night at a red light, a guy starts harassing me through my open window. Before I can react, a motorcycle screeches to a stop beside me. The rider-tattooed, broad-shouldered, and completely lethal-reaches through the guy's window, slams his head into the steering wheel, and rides off like it was just another Thursday. I follow him. He ends up at a place called The Rusted Anchor, a rough bar on the edge of town, hidden behind rusted fences and rows of bikes. The crowd is loud and rough, but I've seen worse. Inside, it smells like whiskey, smoke, and danger. And behind the bar, pouring drinks with practiced ease, is the man I thought I lost all those years ago-Declan. He's no longer the quiet, skinny kid who risked everything to protect me. He's a man now-hardened, scarred, with eyes like storm clouds and a presence that silences a room. He doesn't recognize me at first. But when he does, I see it-that same fire, that same instinct to protect. Only now, it burns even hotter. Declan isn't just back in my life. He's ready to do whatever it takes to keep me safe. And this time, no one is going to take me away from him.
Transmigration of Starfire: Let's Have Some Fun~ by Tennyliz
71 parts Ongoing
Starfire: The top assassin feared by all, with a side hobby as an anonymous hacker who no one knew about - not even the organisation she worked for. Who would have thought she was the short, always-smiling, blonde girl who seemed to have no care in life and was always just looking for fun? And yes, if you are wondering "was?" That's because she died. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- [So yes, you are dead. I am a top system who helped you, and now you will be going from world to world to complete quests and-] The system was cut off from its listings as Starfire laughed. "Really?~ That sounds like a lot of fun. I accept!" She said with a grin that took the system aback. [But I didn't even...] "Mhm?" She rose a brow and the system just went silent, deciding to sulk in its mind instead. {She didn't even allow me to tell her the reward she gets after...} If it could, it would have gone to a dark corner in the space to crouch there and sulk. {I couldn't even brag about myself and how powerful I am to bring her from the dead...} ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join Starfire as she journeys on... just for fun. Oh, right, I almost forgot! The "Head" is trying to get her to attain something, and an amused stalke- spectator appeared who might be her friend or foe. Be prepared for a dash of humor, action, world-hopping, mystery, and well... fun! Trigger warning: I shouldn't have to say this, but there will be mentions of death and dark humor here as is expected in transmigration/reincarnation stories. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is my original story and should not be copied. The pictures aren't mine. - Tennyliz.

54 parts Complete Mature
The woman who called herself a goddess summoned me to her after I died and sent me to a medieval-like world to be reincarnated, saying that she didn't want me to be reborn on Earth, which was supposedly her world. Everything was normal so far, but why is the name of the system that the goddess was supposed to give me as part of the deal we made* after I was reborn, the butler system? Anyway, I'll forgive the goddess for choosing such a beautiful mother for me. Ehehehehe, luckyy... It's time to breastfeed. ------- one year later Huh, it was bound to happen. If you ignore something as important as cleaning a wound before dressing it, of course it will fester. What can a simple village apothecary do with a huge wound so close to the heart? It's too late... What the fuck is the green light coming from the old woman's hand ! ? ------- four years later "I want you to be my personal butler, Yuto." Isn't that supposed to be a choice, you little bitch? How can you say it's a free choice when there's a man behind me waiting to kill me the moment I refuse? Should I use my teleport ability to get out of here? [ Your five-year term has expired, please become a real butler as soon as possible if you wish to continue using the system ] There's a lot of pressure on me... What the hell, I'm just gonna be a little butler, what's the most I can be?
