Oliver Wilson was walking home from the park after the rain had stopped him from playing tennis when a street light, which hadn't  turned on in years since the blackout 7 years ago, flickered on and Oliver thought he saw a figure in the light. When he looked closer the figure moved, the light turned off and nothing was there. The next day a boy had gone missing.
