Gwendolyn Atwater is a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent asked to train with Steve Rogers, better known as Captain America. This is just after he is discovered, 70 years later, frozen in ice.
She is not too enthused about this and is sure she can be of better use to S.H.I.E.L.D., but she reluctantly agrees.
For Gwen, he is a breath of fresh air. She has been pushed down by men in her field for years, having to prove herself on many occasions. He doesn't make her feel that way though. He finds her tough exterior intoxicating and he is the only one she shows her true self to.
This is a fluffy Cap romance story because I just love him ;)
