Engaged to another man, and I would always love him. I thought our chapter was over, but slipping the ring off of my engagement finger, I realized that Ronan was not a chapter but my entire life romance's finale. ❞

Ronan and Marina always had a tumultuous relationship. One moment they were on top of the world as each other's salvation, the other they were as volatile as a grenade ready to destroy the other with a slightest tick. Growing up together in the system lead to them being attached to the hip, and when they were finally torn apart they never expected to be thrown back together.
Five years later, the chemistry hasn't changed but the circumstances have; Marina's sitting pretty at a hotel bar and she's engaged. Roughed up Ronan's determined to fight for the girl and show her that he was never just a chapter, but rather was her grand finale.
