Hayden was your normal student with friends and worrying about assignments that needed to be handed in. That was until aliens invaded earth like a bad horror movie. Hayden joins the 2nd Mass. Quickly becoming well acquainted with a group of people who hate the Skitters as much as she does.
Now on a journey to kill as many Skitters as possible, keep Earth from total annihilation and save the human race from extinction, Hayden finds being a heroine isn't all it's cracked up to be.
