This is a story of loss and pain; of heartbreak and losing the ones you love the most. this is in no way a happy romance.

What if the Doctor woke up on Earth? Lost her memories and Believes she is an ex Nurse who is now a 'Doctor', she lives in Scotland. She believes her name is 'Dr Jane Smith'.
