Set about 3 months after the end of Kingdom Hearts II. A new evil has appeared, spreading clouds of darkness across the worlds and devouring its victims in darkness and Sora, Kairi, and Riku must journey to find the one who is essential to stopping this evil. They journey to new worlds, and encounter new enemies along the way. For some reason, there are also bad guys trying to get to Kairi. Will the trio be able to find the key to stopping to darkness? Will they find out who's behind this and why Kairi is being followed?
