Isa's Scars
Sticks and bones may break my bones but bones will heal. These scars won't fade. She was fine. Fun. Chill. Always with a smile or a joke. She pretends she's fine, that nothing's wrong, that her smile is every bit as real as her cuts. She has people who need her, people who rely on her but she's slowly slipping away from them and they have no idea what's happening to her. She doesn't know what changed but it was sudden, like someone flicking a light switch, engulfing her and everyone around her in darkness. Isa's scars Betty's sight Ali's broken Sean's love Elle's disappearing I didn't write this to make the stuff in it seem glamorous, I wrote it to show that it does happen and if nothing is done it won't get any better. COMPLETED It's a novella (short novel) i am writing another book with the same characters called isa's star set after this one but u can read it before or after ❤️Complete
