She reached out, grazing her bruised knuckles against the stubble of his cheek. He looked tired. They all did. The dark bags under their eyes seemed to droop within each passing moment, the frown lines seemed to be forever imbedded into their faces. No one has smiled in weeks. The only colour that seemed to shine in their group was the scenery of the Elkigin Forest.
"Noah.." Liz whispered, her thumb tracing his swollen lower lip.
A group of 6 escaped from the ruined civilisation of America. The only thing that remains is rubble. Noah,Liz, Caleb, Grace, Anna and Lillian all ran south towards South America. Their adventures starting in crossing the dangerous borders of the Gulf of Mexico.
