It feels like ten thousand elephants are sitting on my chest and lungs, and they won't get up. And my head feels like it's about to explode, my eyes burn, my heart is shattered, and there's a giant lump in my throat or something like it's closed up. I can't think straight, I can't do this anymore, I give up.
