A young boy named Danny witness the tragic death of his father and mother, during a break in by a low life thug who had escaped the police during a robbery. Years later Danny is coping with his tramua in the city of Goldford, where he now lives with his foster mother. While a friend of his comes to visit for a winter vacation, a comet that wasn't scheduled to pass over the earth for another century crashed in the mountains surrounding Goldford. Waves of unknown particle elements were released into atmosphere; altering the DNA of certain individuals including young Danny and his friend Henry. Now armed with the ability to manipulate ice, Danny sets out to save his city from people like him who try to destroy it.
