Tula para sa tunay na pagibig, tula para sa mga salitang di masabi ng bibig, at tula para sa mga taong umaasang baka bukas siya ay nasa iyo ng bisig. Tula para sa mga taong mahahalaga, tula na iaalay para sila'y mapasaya, at tula na mananating sila ang bida. Tula para sa bawat istorya, tula na may malalalim na rason kung bakit nailathala, at tula para pulutan ng aral at pag-asa. Emosyong nangingibabaw, Hinding-hindi bibitaw. Patuloy na durungaw, Sa bintana, nang kahapon nang masilayan ang iyong balintataw. Ikaw ang ilaw, Sa gabing mapanglaw. Ikaw ang araw, Sa langit na bughaw. Ikaw yaong yelo, na s'akin kailan may hindi matutunaw. Mahal kitang umaapaw. Kailan muling babagsak ang bulalakaw? Sa pagkikitang muli nais ka'ng maisayaw.
