The Story of God - The Story of Us
I'm here to share my personal story about the time I met Jesus Christ. That encounter changed my life completely. Before that, I never had a real relationship with Jesus, my personal Savior. I didn't know Him, but He knew me even before He created me in my mother's womb. My life was really difficult-I was homeless, deaf, and unemployed after leaving the California School for the Deaf at 19 years old. I'll explain more later because I don't want to spoil my story for you. As you can see, I love Bible comic art. I drew this picture myself, though I'm not very good at drawing. The reason I created a comic about Jesus Christ versus Lucifer is because I wanted to share that story-not just about me, but about all of us in Christ alone. I have experienced a supernatural, divine intervention from God.

Why does one travel from a well known neighborhood to another where the outcome of the visit is not yet understood? I could name the streets and places in my neighborhood. There was a well defined map in my head that used comfortable explanations for what to expect. Then, everything changed. I drove up the hill, parked the car in a familiar place. When I walked into the house all the furniture was the same. Yet, when I sat beside him everything I knew went away. My mind was empty, only able to engage in superficial talk. I was afraid of his cancer. I didn't know what to say or how to help. I was lost in the whole sorry business. I gave him what comfort my presence was good for and, he gracefully accepted it like a brother would.
