A doctor, someone who has taken an oath to save any men or women regardless of their race or religion.
A criminal, someone who has broken the law or has done one of the most despicable acts known to humanity. Murder.
So what happens when fate does a complete 360 and pushes a doctor and a murderer to meet?
I think "murderer" is a small percentage of what we could use to describe this man.
He is the Mafia. And lord praise whoever crosses paths with him.

Moving quickly, Doctor Johnson is determined to do everything she can to save this man's life. The only thing she doesn't know, is that she is saving Mr. Mafia.
