Summer, Spring, Autumn, and Winter are brothers in arms and blood. Relentless and unwavering in their love and loyalty for one another. They are to meet every equinox and solstice to pass the Torch of Gaea and give respects to the Procession, but when Autumn- the brother most loved by his comrades and mortals- doesn't make an appearance, all hell breaks loose among the deities. The brothers suffer, conquer, sacrifice, and persevere all in the name of finding their brother. Along the way, they realize disturbing unacquainted truths within themselves and their deceitful reality. The brothers wrestle within themselves and fight to grasp at whatever straws of truth that may lay among the rubble of their lives. This is a tale inspired by Spenser's 'The Procession of The Seasons'; a poem, albeit its light demeanor, moved me and broadened my horizons to new ways to voice and express my characters and stories.

When The Shadows Whisper

4 parts Ongoing Mature

Some bonds save you, others destroy. Which will prevail? Haunted by a pact with the malevolent god Keres, Aiden's life is one of many sacrifices - rituals performed in darkness, secrets buried deep and pain that never fades. For years, Keres has thrived on Aiden's suffering, twisting his mind and tightening his grip further. But in Elara, Aiden finds an anchor, a safe haven. Her unwavering love offers a fragile light against the shadows threatening to consume him. Yet the closer they grow, the more Keres hungers to sever their bond. As the gods whispers grow louder and his manipulations more insidious, Aiden is forced to confront a devastating choice: Can he finally free himself from the entities grasp without losing the only person who's ever truly seen him? Or will his silence and secrets will be the end of everything either way?
