Atticus has always wondered what lies up the wooden staircase. As a small boy, he'd want to go there and see the door that it led to. But he was always restrained from going to it, a childhood of painful curiosity, until one encounter changed the track he ran on. Now Atticus is 19 years old, and has 9 siblings. His parents have vanished and he's got nothing to hold him back, and his curiosity will go away. It's just an Attic Atticus. It'll only be one look, or will curiosity swallow him whole.
